David is a certified Personal Trainer offering 5 years of experience guiding a diverse range of clients to successfully achieve health and wellness goals. He has particular experience working with physios to help clients rehab after lower back, knee or shoulder injury/surgery. He also Ioves designing training and nutrition plans to maximize performance, improve endurance and increase overall wellbeing. David has exceptional health and fitness knowledge and a strong background in personalized one-on-one and buddy (duo) sessions. He guides clients in strength training techniques alongside improving cardiovascular health. The first 25 years of his career were spent in the corporate IT industry before making the career change and switching to the Wellness, Fitness and Health space. Within the IT industry he discovered his passion to help and support others, providing first class customer service and probem resolution. He has now transferred that experience and those skills to a career he’s equally passionate about in fitness, with the ability to motivate others toward accomplishing their goals.

Feb 12 2023Although I had been training for years the recovery process from 2 reconstructive shoulders surgeries and 2 back surgeries (for a broken L4&L5 disc) was as challenging as it was frustrating. David was able to incorporate physio with carefully programmed strength training that has helped me not only build confidence to get back to regular exercise, but agility, power and endurance.
Jan 09 2023I was looking to reserve the signs of ageing( I am 50 ) and after research found that training with weights is one of the best way to do this. After training for just a month with David, I already see massive improvements in the way my body looks and also in how much stronger I feel. One of the most noticeable improvements are my legs and I feel confident enough once more to wear shorter skirts.
Dec 07 2022I am a reasonably fit woman in her mid 40s and I have been training with David now for around 3 months. The sessions are tailored to my goals( which are to improve my overall level of fitness as well as tone up my middle areas). David does an assessment at the start and the end of a block of 10 sessions to check my progress. I have been pleasantly surprised with the gains i have made.
Dec 07 2022As someone who played a lot of sports and was used to training multiple times a week. My life changed after having kids. I did not have time to workout and my body changed a lot. David created me bespoke plan with short and long workouts so i can fit exercise into my schedule. Am feeling strong again, regained my body and positive attitude to life. Thanks again coach Dave.
