Oct 29 2024She studies my body and training after training the exercises are increasingly tailored. She is making me train through high weights exercises and I am managing lift so much weights, like never before! Never bored as nice variety of things every lesson I am understanding my strengths and my limits, I am challenged to do more. I see visible improvement in my shapes week by week. She is the best!
Jun 15 2023When I found Sam, I was not recovering fast enough from my team sports and feeling like my body was disconnected and fatigued. My legs were tight and lower back was getting damaged due to my weak core. Sam developed a series of workouts for us to complete about 3 times per week. she started with a physical ability assessment and questions to customize the workoutrs for my goals.
Feb 16 2023After only 2 weeks I saw and felt results with her strategy. I remember being surprised how quickly she could read my body and tailor the workouts week as I got stronger. My workouts are comfortable but challenging with a push here and there. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good personal trainer.

Sama taught me how to get the right exercises in order to get the body shape I want.
