Working with Erika is always a pleasure and very motivating. She always makes even the hardest exercises for me easy by helping me maintain proper form. Sep 25 2022My journey with Erika started when I was faced with 2 prolapsed disks and my doctor had given me two options a) get a surgery and b) go through intensive Physio and Strength Training along with a few lifestyle changes. Today within a span of 6 months, my physical condition has improved drastically thanks to her approach and knowledge. I can now lead a normal life, play golf with friends.
